Introduction
By using Shoho Plus, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of the website and the services provided through it.

1. User Responsibilities

• Hosts are responsible for ensuring their listed spaces are available and in good condition.

2. Payments and Fees

• Bookings through Shoho Plus will have upfront payments processed, with a commission deducted from the Host’s earnings.

• All payment disputes must be addressed within 7 days of the booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund, subject to the individual Host’s policy.

4. Liability

• Shoho Plus is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during space usage. Hosts and users are responsible for their own actions.

• Any disputes between Hosts and Users must be resolved independently.

5. Privacy Policy

• Shoho Plus collects user data for the purpose of providing services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is managed.

6. Termination

• Shoho Plus reserves the right to terminate accounts for breach of terms or misuse of the platform.

7. Modifications

• Shoho Plus may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
